Cliff leads our 3-week Agent Success Program, which starts the first week of every month and runs Tuesday through Thursday from 10-3PM. We will get you familiar with our systems, contracts, scripts, and everything else that may come up while working with buyers.
We built our online training portal to ensure you are getting the most out of our training program and is available to you at any time.
After our 3 week Agent Success Program, you will complete a set of tests for buyer consultations, contract knowledge, office lead procedures, and protocols.
Following training, you will move to our mentor program. Cliff will walk you through your first three transactions, from pricing to negotiations, and all the nitty gritty!
After your first 3 transactions, you graduate from the mentorship program and will have the full support of the team, cheering you on!
